Capture it now.
Sort it never.

Two taps saves anything you need to remember — spoken, photographed, pasted, linked, or attached. No app to choose. No folder to pick. No internet required. ScatterBrain works out what it is, gives it a date and a place, and puts it back in front of you.

The actual problem

You don't need another list. You need to stop deciding.

You already run five systems. The cost isn't storage — it's the split-second triage every time something lands, and the searching later when you guessed wrong.

The three-second tax Reminder or calendar? Note or screenshot? You pay it twenty times a day, and it's heaviest exactly when you're busiest.
The hunt Did that address go to Notes, Maps, or a screenshot? Anything you can't find is something you didn't save.
The thing you finished but never sent Done isn't delivered. The gap between them is where the real damage happens.

How it works

Three steps, and you only do the first one.

1
Capture One button from the Lock Screen, Control Center, the Action button, or your Watch. Talk, shoot, paste, or share. Works with no signal.
2
It sorts itself "Chem midterm Friday at 9" becomes a dated event. A photo of a receipt becomes a findable thing with a place attached. Everything gets a date, a location, an alarm, and a Done button — whatever form it arrived in.
3
It comes back On the right day, in one timeline with your real calendar and reminders. Big projects arrive pre-broken into dated steps, so there's always a next action instead of a wall.

Before you ask

It doesn't replace your stack. It feeds it.

No lock-in Push anything into Apple Reminders, Calendar, or Photos in a tap. It syncs through iCloud like anything else — and it's still here too.
Your calendar stays yours Your Reminders and Calendars are read on the device and never leave the app — including the ones shared with family or a team.
Everywhere you already are iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple silicon Macs. Capture from the Watch when your hands are full; sort it later on the Mac.

Built by someone with the same problem, for people who've already tried the other apps and found the filing step is where it breaks down.

One honest caveat The more precisely a tool supports executive function, the more executive function it asks for. Capture is two taps and the day is one line per item, because the moment you're overloaded is exactly when a tool has to ask for nothing. Whether that's enough is what the beta is for — and it's the thing I most want to hear about.
